Intel India had some seriously dedicated engineers in its employment. Some folks were really knowledgeable in their fields. It's a great place to start a career in hardware.
In Intel India, the teams are not very supportive towards innovation, although the management does support it. This creates a conflict for individuals who like working and thinking out of the box.
Be more supportive of people's ideas.
Should also consider increasing the pay for grade 5 employees.
