Pros

I cannot think of any good pros. I am serious.

Tough deadlines. Lot of backstabbing.

Intel used to be a good place to work, no more.

Cons

Zero growth. If you join Intel, especially the IPG group, you will suffer. Within 3 years, you will be un-hireable outside Intel.

Your skills won't be valid in the outside world.

Advice to Management

Stop hiring students with low GPAs. Intel is filled up with third-tier university students. Even students from USC are of no good. Intel management are people who, with experience as engineers, move to management roles. They have no clue how to handle projects, hence the delay in releasing products.
