Pros
  1. Knowledge sharing: There are usually plenty of experts and knowledge to learn from as a new college graduate.

  2. Clear job definition: It's easy to get on track as a new person, but it will limit the broadness of your job skill set.

  3. Work-life balance: The pressure is not that high.

Cons
  1. Limited options on career development for senior persons.
  2. Frequent re-organizations and constant searching for direction.
  3. Lack of leadership and vision.
Advice to Management
  1. A re-org doesn't mean too much without a clear, defined strategy and goal. Energy wasted in frequent re-orgs is a large overhead.

  2. Where is the vision? Have you ever truly encouraged the innovation coming from the rank-and-file?
