Great experience interning at Intel.
Everyone that I met cares about my success and learning.
A bit overwhelming at first because the company is so big and there is so much to figure out.
First, there was a 30-minute screening with the manager. Then, there were two rounds of virtual interviews with the manager and three other team members. After the two rounds, I was sent an offer a couple of weeks later.
I had a thirty-minute phone screen with the manager. Then, I had two separate, hour-long interviews with two selected team members each. The questions were behavioral and focused on past work experiences.
Very slow and lengthy interview process. Took 3+ months from initial phone interview to the next step. My interviews have been rescheduled multiple times with short notice. First call was from the hiring manager, followed by a 7-hour virtual onsit
