I hope things turn around
Intel has some of the best equipment and the best minds. Also, it looks like the new CEO is trying to reward the engineering staff.
The management focused on earnings rather than technology during its downfall. That left a huge loss of talent. Also, the politics at the company is very difficult.
Intel is built on technology.
Don't lose track of that and focus on the technology rather than the bottom line.

Integration Engineer
Full-day interviews started right after a one-hour presentation. I was invited for an on-site interview day in Hillsboro. I met with many engineers and had about seven interviews back-to-back, with a one-hour off-site lunch during the lunch break.
