Contingent worker via an external outsource company called Qualitest. The interview was very pleasing. I think validation at the cellular department of Intel is a nice school, though not the best place to work at for a lifetime.

In the first interview, I was asked about my thesis. The second interview was personal. To the third interview, I didn't come because I did not pass the second. Thanks God I didn't pass it!

The process involves three phases and is of medium difficulty. It's a quick process. It's very important to research the company and the relevant position. Try to think aloud and share your thoughts with the interviewer. Ask questions.
