Pros

It's a good place to be a student. You can take exams on time, and so on. An excellent opportunity to gain first-hand experience as a DevOps Engineer. Managers encourage you to develop yourself.

  • Flexible working hours
Cons
  • Low pay; got a better offer elsewhere for over 40% more.
  • Old technology; afraid to use new tools in the market. Everything is slow and takes a long time to adopt.
  • Poor code reviews.
  • Too many "cooperation" roles and restrictions.
  • Intel is going through a hard time: same salary for two years, no bonus, no extra benefits. Why are the offices outdated?
  • The team is old, and there are workers without any relevant knowledge.
