Good pay.
Remote/hybrid work possible.
Inclusive people.
Good learning place.
Not the best pay for a company striving to be #1 in its field.
Some management decisions feel hectic.
Not enough focus on quality of code.
Try to reward good performing people better and keep things simple.
In the first 5 minutes, there was a company presentation. After that, I was asked about C, Python, and Linux (theory + code). In the end, they let me ask about the company and the job.
Quite interesting, but pretty normal. Something that was quite unexpected was the fact there were four interviewers, not just two like normal. That was a quite interesting experience, and I enjoyed it a lot.
I had an individual interview. It was based on the experience I gained during my time in college, along with technical questions and questions about personal projects. I also had a behavioral interview.
