Good Benefits, Toxic Culture
Pay is alright, benefits are good, time off is good. The CEO has a solid vision.
People are rude, super socially awkward, or often times both.
A high school-like atmosphere on most teams, with bucket loads of dumb gossip.
It's not unusual for employees to bully less tenured employees.
Job is often insanely easy, with little to no challenge.
Questionable management.
Coworkers as a whole don't really respect you at all.
Bring in more RCGs. Fix the culture. Remove the whales who no longer care about the company. Performance management needs an overhaul. There is a lot of dirty laundry.
