Sabbaticals.
This site is very political and plays favorites. Supervisors are more concerned with protecting their friends than the people who actually work. They are also not on the factory floor enough to see who is really working and who is always out on "break". They come in once or twice a shift for maybe 30 minutes; you can't really know your people in an hour a day for a 12-hour shift.
Treat the manufacturing techs better and with more respect. These people are the backbone of Intel, not just engineering.
