Poor training for General Leaders and managers.
Create a comprehensive training program for all new GLs. Make sure they understand everything that it embodies to help make their employees and team stronger, confident, and secure.
Get rid of the "own your own training" mentality and create a comprehensive training program separate from the floor. Then, integrate those learnings gradually to ensure the success of all new technicians and engineers.
