I had been working there as a temp for some time before I was interviewed for a permanent position. It was very laid back, informal, and relaxed. I wasn't prepared for it, since I was in the middle of working when the hiring manager approached me.

The questions do not directly apply to the job, but they do show an understanding of basic electronics and an ability to problem-solve. This is also a two-step process: one phone call and one in-person interview.
