On-site facilities are excellent (gym, bank, doctor, dentist). Canteen food is fantastic. Great pension scheme, super employee stock purchase plans. Any Intel job pays very well.
12hr shifts can be tough on the body, especially night shifts.

The interview was conducted over the phone and Skype. It included basic math and behavioral questions. The hiring manager was a good person. I had enough time to think about each question before providing an answer.
Phone Interview asking about your background. Actual Interview at Intel. Then a practical exam: * Screwing and unscrewing a piston. * After 20 exam questions on random electrical components that you will NEVER use on the job, haha.
I had been working there as a temp for some time before I was interviewed for a permanent position. It was very laid back, informal, and relaxed. I wasn't prepared for it, since I was in the middle of working when the hiring manager approached me.
