Great place to work. A much harder job than other companies

Pros

Good salary and benefits. Parking space. Canteen, gym, medical insurance.

Cons

Canteen food could be better.

Work is hard and not paid for what it is. I mean 15,000 steps a day, working with a gas mask, and working in confined spaces.

It's a loud environment, with sweating. Four nights of 12 hours could be a killer, and four weeks of continuous night shift doesn't help either.

You get an annual review, and usually, it's a 2% increase in salary, which is like 0 after taxes.

Advice to Management

Replace the work shift with a different one. Any other will be much better than what we have now. Keep things simple and consistent. You are making so many changes that bring this great company to ruins. Improve the quality of food in the canteen. Pay people according to their job specifications, especially if they are working with hazardous materials and in confined spaces. Take care of your talented people. Training somebody is harder than you see from your computer screen.
