Time off is not bad.
Shift work takes a toll on the body.
Pay is not on par with the industry anymore.
Too much management.
Massively reduced head count over the last year.
QPB + APB bonuses have not existed in the last 2 years.
Limited training on my toolset, not what was promised or what the last batch of hires received.
Lazy people are rewarded more often than hard-working staff.
Management is not great.
Improve pay and training, remove unnecessary management, remove/discipline lazy coworkers, and reward hardworking staff.

Three interview types: * General (getting an idea of what kind of person you are) * Technical (asking questions based on previous experience) * Behavioral (more to see how good of an employee you might be)
The process took about a month. I had a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. I was then brought in for an in-person interview. There were technical, math, and behavioral questions.
