Pros

My shift and direct management works well, professionally, and efficiently.

Cons

Management has been frantically building the tracks right in front of the train when it came to the new factories and Foundry. They definitely let go of some dead weight, but they also paid some of their best people to retire.

Advice to Management

Lip Bu Tan micromanaging the customer interface isn't going to fix employee burnout.

Safety should be important to Intel, not because you might trip down the stairs, but because we deal with high voltage, dangerous chemicals, and a high-pressure environment.

Treating employees like cogs to be worn out and thrown away will not make a quality product, which is what Intel used to be known for.
