Decent benefits, although they have been going down over the past couple of years. Various jobs throughout the company with room for advancement. Good hours - compressed workweek, 3 days one week, 4 days the next, 12 hr shifts.
Toxic management attitude among many of the middle manager class.
Upper management doesn't seem to respect workers that actually make the products.
Stop laying off good people, ruining many families, and then immediately hiring from temporary agencies because there are not enough workers?
