Managers there in general lack team-building skills, are not visionary, and in many cases portray bullying traits.
There is a reason why Intel's share price has been flat for so long, and yes, it's a management problem.

Software Engineering Review
I first had a Skype interview with my project mentor. It basically consisted of some basic questions about my past projects and any preferences. Then I had an onsite technical interview.

Two rounds of interviews: First: Problem-solving interview and behavioral/background questions. Second: Coding questions in the first part and then problem-solving in the second. One hour each.
