The interview process began with a phone call, followed by an in-person panel interview in a conference room where a series of questions were asked. There was no tour of the plant, nor was the exact nature of the work explained. I received no respons

It was a smooth two-step process, first with the manager and then with the entire team. Both rounds were technical interviews. The second round also included some behavioral questions.

Straightforward in-person behavioral interview, with simple questions about your resume. The interviewer was chill, but it didn't get anywhere from there. We also talked about other topics, and it was super interesting.
