My manager was hands-off and let us do our jobs in the Fab. He was awesome!
Started out at a low hourly pay and do the work of 3 people who have been there for years and years. These individuals are lazy and get paid $10 more.
At Intel Product VN, we've to do more than we are paid for. And that is the brain drain of Intel VN; many of my coworkers are willing to take time off for a higher-paying job.
