I have a good work culture and work-life balance within my workgroup, but I can’t speak for others. The pay is decent, but might be a little lower than at other tech giants in Silicon Valley.
PTO starts at 3 weeks and you get 1 more week after TEN YEARS. They also cut the sabbatical program.
