Pros

Good benefits, such as 11 holidays a year, 3-4 weeks vacation depending on the number of years in the company, and good bonuses.

The company is going through a tough but also exciting phase while trying to make a turnaround and is under heavy competition from the industry.

Cons

Too many meetings and not efficient. Lots of stakeholders make fast decisions and execution hard. Stock awards are still lower than competitors.

Advice to Management

Focus more on good execution. Award your high-performing employees. Keep focusing on the overall company goal and organizational goals.
