Pros

Pretty liberal with remote and hybrid work.

Not super challenging.

Cons

There has been no growth in equity. Basically, stock grants are volatile, worse-than-cash deferred compensation. Decision-making is slow and poor. There is a ton of overhead effort. The use of low-cost geographies creates a lot of meetings well outside normal work hours.

Advice to Management

Focus on what the core deliverables of the company are. Make and meet commitments. Stop chasing low-cost geographies and focus on results.
