Benefit and facility wise is good and superb.
Working as a Module Engineer (Process & Equip Eng). Expect to get night escalations with so-called “flexible” working hours.
It is hard to make changes to your own equipment as it needs to be aligned with other sites around the globe.
Every step not documented cannot be performed by technicians, which is ridiculous. This is the main reason you'll always get unnecessary night escalations.
Please be fair and revise the job scope in the manufacturing site. Don't let these things continue to happen.
All burden is put on the Module Engineer, who is also human. You'll keep seeing the position Process & Equipment Engineer having a high turnover rate if this issue is never solved.
Describe what you are doing in your FYP and some basic electrical knowledge. Also, be prepared for some general interview questions, like "Why do you think you need a job?" Overall, the session is cheerful. It's a 1-hour phone call interview, with
Five people sit opposite, and the interviewee sits in the center. A board can be used to illustrate points much better. Speak English 100%.
There were 3 rounds of interviews in total. The first round was an interview with HR, focusing on background checks and expectations for the position. The second and third rounds of interviews were with two managers.
