Pros

Intel's culture promotes a great place to work, hence lots of work and personal life flexibility, which is good for anyone with a family.

Cons

Intel is in transition mode to enter new market territory. Hence, you will observe frequent organizational structure changes and project realignments from time to time.

Advice to Management

Accept the fact that Intel's total compensation is no longer competitive, especially when compared to younger competitors, and react accordingly.
