Pros

Good benefits.

Easy to move around to different teams once you're in the company.

Good work-life balance (depends on the team).

Strong infrastructure for remote work.

Lots of community resources, including volunteer opportunities and employee resource groups.

Cons

Your experience at Intel really depends on your team and manager. There are some absolutely terrible managers that make work awful. There doesn't seem to be any screening in place to prevent bad managers from being in charge, nor are there any requirements for them to get better. The culture can easily get very competitive and toxic without the right people in charge.
