From my experience, I have a great manager and good coworkers. Tasks are understandable, and if in doubt, I know I can count on my coworkers. Flexible with time off (when I need it to do errands or urgent personal stuff). Normal salary ranges.
It is very competitive, and you have to work plenty to get a promotion (around 2 or 3 years, sometimes more).
Working extra hours appears to be something normal, which shouldn't be.
Total 4 technical rounds followed by an HR round. All questions asked were related to: * Process, voltage, and temperature * Test time reduction * Test coverage * Voltage regulators * PLLs * Power and performance
One phone screen followed by five on-site rounds on the same day. It's a smooth process. Once the phone screen is done, HR calls you and sets up further interviews with the team.
It was a very structured and professional way. They will provide the full interview process, clearly stating all the steps and timelines. There will be 5 rounds of interviews, including HR and technical interviews.
