Pros
  1. I had some really awesome teammates, and they made it all worthwhile coming into work every day.
  2. Great benefits, hard to compare to anyone else.
  3. Always something new to learn.
Cons
  1. The work-life balance often skewed towards more work, especially in manufacturing.
  2. Paralyzing amounts of bureaucracy at times.
  3. Bad decisions, like not jumping on mobile several years back, may be setting them up for more future downturns.
  4. Not always sure where they're headed, since they're trying to rebrand themselves as a user experience company.
  5. The politics can be really toxic.
Advice to Management

Really learn to have HR empathize with their employees and get low-power, higher-efficiency chips out as part of the Intel process. Don't be complacent with your server stuff either. Be more visionary and stop sticking to legacy rules on how things get done.
