Pros

Being a large company spanning across continents, there is a large pool of resources to improve your skills and networking.

Intel-ers work hard and play hard too.

Cons

Constantly high stress levels (at least in my department).

Lack of cooperation amongst departments forces you into a particular field with few chances to learn outside of your area.

Advice to Management

Improve collaboration by removing or improving the Focal process, as it negatively impacts collaboration.
