There are excellent benefits, a great work environment with gym, bike, and run tracks, and a lot of opportunities for development overall in any organization.
It has been almost 5 years for me, and so far I don't see any cons. The decision I made has paid out, and so far, so good.
Keep doing what you have been doing, especially last year, where a new wave of management initiatives is starting. This is going to make things even better.
