I received a call from the hiring manager and scheduled a telephone interview. I received the decision after a week of the telephone interview. The manager seemed pretty nice and was able to reschedule on the day of the interview.

The hiring manager called me to talk about the background and description of the position. We gained a better mutual understanding. No technical questions were asked. Overall, it was a good experience.
