Intel provides good pay and benefits. The management is competent and collaborative. Intel continues to train its employees, and job prospects after Intel are bright. The separation package is much better than other employers, but unfortunately, some people are now having to use the separation package.
They are closing the Colorado Springs fab, which I believe is a bad decision and a huge hit for the community. Red tape can be a real headache and a frustration to getting anything done.
