Great technology to work on. We were always working on class-leading chip technology with almost every project.
Not very open to design experience from outside Intel; a 'not invented here' attitude is present. Lots of management overhead, it's not unusual to have multiple managers to report to on a project. Unfair layoff guidelines are now causing tension for the remaining workers at Intel.
