Work-life balance, sabbatical, and pay are all great. Work can be challenging depending on the group you are in.
Non-exempt employees have a difficult, if not impossible, time transitioning into an exempt role. While the roles for exempt employees encourage growth, the feeling is not the same on the non-exempt side.
Give more paths for growth to all levels of non-exempt employees.

Tough to crack Intel interviews. Tough to get in. There were multiple rounds of technical interviews spread across multiple days, testing my knowledge of programming in different languages like Java and C++.
