Work on cutting-edge technologies.
A very ethical work environment.
Great bonus benefits.
Due to cutting-edge technologies used, at least some employees need to leave their comfort zone. This is not necessarily a con; it's just something for which you might want to prepare. It could get interesting...
I think management is doing so well that I cannot give any advice.
I had an opportunity to be interviewed by Intel. The panel had two members, and questions about IPC, OS, and C programming were asked. Unfortunately, I couldn't clear the first round. The level of questions asked was good.
Human resources screening at first. Later, a single interview of 1.5 hours covered mixed technical and HR topics. They got back with a decision within two weeks. Some salary negotiations were possible. Overall, OK.
Quite interesting, but pretty normal. Something that was quite unexpected was the fact there were four interviewers, not just two like normal. That was a quite interesting experience, and I enjoyed it a lot.
