Phone screen for about 15 to 20 minutes, followed by a face-to-face interview for about 3 hours. This comprised 3 to 4 interviews in total. They flew me down onsite. I received an offer and negotiated salary. I accepted the offer and joined.

The interview process spanned 5 rounds over 3 days. The rounds covered C, Windows internals, driver development, and other logical and C questions, as well as trick questions. Four people conducted the interviews, with each person leading one round.

Phone screening by hiring manager via phone. Technical exam by a team leader via online meeting. Detailed skill evaluation by hiring manager via online meeting or, optionally, a short trip to the work location.
