Depends on the position, there are a lot of interesting jobs. Mostly fast processes, a nice working atmosphere, and competent people (on the technical level).
There is a huge amount of learning material for the interested engineer.
Too much management overhead. Endless discussions where everybody feels important. Office politics and fights between managers.
Clean up the "clay heads". Too many incompetent parrots not only do nothing productive but are also a barrier for those who try to move things.
