Per year salary increase based on personal achievements. Well-organized working place. Good opportunity to build worldwide connections with people from various companies. Good social package (insurance and some other benefits).
Even a successful employee cannot be sure that they will continue their work for the company tomorrow. They easily drop projects and even close sites, despite the existence of successful projects on site. The company does not take into account employee needs while making such decisions. Don't trust anyone who claims they care about employees. You know, nothing personal, only business :)
Please pay more attention to employees' needs. Claims should be in line with behavior in all areas.
