Best work-life balance. Excellent work environment.
Don't hire lazy and uncompromised people.
Select better new hires; stop hiring lazy people.
I first had a 50-minute phone screening, followed by a 3-hour Skype interview, with one hour dedicated to each interviewer. All the interviewers, along with the manager, were really great and friendly.
Very professional and asked job relevant questions. There were three rounds, very standard stuff. One phone call, one technical and one behavioral. Technical was mainly C/C++ coding questions and embedded system related trivia questions.
1. One Zoom interview with two people about the role, with two questions in Assembly and C. 2. An in-person interview with two people, covering data structures and threads. 3. HR
