Good bonus/RSU, and working is flexible (depends on team/manager that you are reporting to). You can open door with your team and manager. You can change your career path/position within Intel with prior opportunities since the company is pretty big.
Development work is not so much; it's more on supporting. The base salary hike is a bit slow, depending on your yearly KPI, manager/team budget. Politics is very high among the employees & sites.
Please review salary from time to time. The new hire salary sometimes is not so much different from employees who have been there for quite some time.
Joined as a fresh graduate a few years ago. There were 2 rounds of technical questions, followed by a behavioral interview session. It was somewhat difficult but possible with proper preparation. More words more words more words
QnA: Digital Electronics and Microelectronics. The overall process was smooth. The hiring manager was friendly and helpful. The whole process took around 40 minutes. My advice to those facing an internship interview: be confident.
Fresh Graduate Interview: Ask about basic logic gate and digital system topics. For example, ask about the output of combinations of logic gates (AND, XOR, flip-flops, clock). Inquire whether candidates have experience with Verilog/VHDL code.
