Intel used to work you hard and pay you well with stock options and parties/events. You worked with creative people in a diverse environment. You could take risks and be rewarded. The benefits were good and there was a sense of camaraderie. It used to be energizing to work there.
In the last 7-8 years, probably 70-80% of all new hires have been Indian. It drove down the wages and bonuses and destroyed the work culture. Not that they are bad people in any sense, but they overwhelmed the culture.
Gone is the work ethic and self-starters.
Intel used to be diverse; now it is not. It is heavy into diversity as long as that diversity doesn't include grey-haired white people.

Start treating people like long-term investments instead of short-term temps. Bring back the stock options and diversity based on performance. Stop filling imaginary quotas.
It was generally pleasant, and HR was super nice. I interviewed with the whole team, about five people on the call. Each one had a question for me. Mostly technical questions, but there were two or three behavioral questions.
Secured an interview by handing in the resume at a university job fair. Setting up a first round of interviews with both our office and the Toronto office. The interview will include two LeetCode-style questions. Overall, the attitude was positive
Long process, no immediate response. The wait time to get a response is too slow. They haven't reverted even after two weeks. This was the same case with a few others, so I stopped following up as I received another offer.
