We are one. Intel unifies its employees into its one cause: developing the best new chips to the market. It is worth noting that even in desperate financial times, no workers were fired. Seniors and above employees (including Pat himself) agreed to reduce their salaries to support everyone. The unity feeling in this regard is remarkable in my opinion.
Professionality. Intel values careful planning and setting of goals for each and every employee, and there is no cutting corners.
