The interview took place on a virtual audio call via Microsoft Teams. It lasted for roughly an hour before they got to know me and began the interview questions.

The hiring manager called me to talk about the background and description of the position. We gained a better mutual understanding. No technical questions were asked. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hiring process was good. A phone interview followed with one-on-one interviews with four devs. I got through all of them, but decided not to take it as the pay was low.
