Pros

Overall Compensation - Good Base Salary - Ok PTO - Ok ESPP - OK

Cons

Bonuses - Mediocre (APB and QPB decreasing each year, QPB eliminated since 2024)

Technical Pipeline - Bad (broken and no intention to fix it)

Bureaucracy - Bad (This is eating the company from the inside out)

Nepotism - Bad (Internal mafia keeping the bad apples around and cutting good technical people that get the job done).

Advice to Management

Cut the bureaucracy and nepotism. Analyze properly the technical background at all levels to plan strategic and successful cuts that minimize technical impact.

Get back the benefits for the workers: coffee, fruit, snacks, and sabbaticals.
