They asked me to go to their office in Penang to do the interview. The interview was done in a conference room with a whiteboard. I was interviewed by 5 senior developers, although I ended up not working with them when I was hired.

The process began with a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by a face-to-face interview the following week. Prior to the latter interview, the friendly interviewer included information about what to expect during the face-to-
