The HR from the company contacted me via email and fixed the date for the telephonic interview. Later, once I was selected, there was a site interview too. Once you get confirmed, HR will come and give you the grade level and salary details.

I had only a two-round interview since I was an intern here. There was a technical round and an HR round. The second round was taken by my manager.

The interview was highly interactive, and the hiring manager was keen on knowing my position or reason for pursuing the new job. It was discussion-based, where my approach to problems, rather than specific skills, was tested.
