Pay less for contingent workers. No benefits. No invitation for the company's annual function, event, or any program, team outing, or team lunch organized by the company for contractors.
Sometimes not even included for project meetings with clients and upper management, though you work on the same team and project.
They separate contingent workers and permanent employees on the basis of badges.
Management should think about contractors, or don't hire people from other companies and disrespect them.
