Teams are very supportive. Work is easy going, not very hectic.
I personally didn't like the pull approach for work. Some people on the same team have good work, and some don't.
Please train managers to distribute work evenly.
The interview process was quite good. The interviewer asked basic questions on C and also on B.Tech and M.Tech projects. The interviewer was friendly and helped me answer as well.
It was mainly concentrated on core topics. Questions were asked on STA, ASIC flow, and basic digital concepts. Then, some HR-level questions followed, like "What do you know about the company?"
It was good. First, they asked about the project. Then, some DSA concepts, then some microcontrollers, and all about pipelining and C++ concepts. Then, they asked me to tell them about myself and all the stuff.
