Flexible hours - work-life balance is great. Friendly people. Not feeling pressure. Intel does not fire. Convenient. Your salary gets bigger every year (which is convenient, but on the other hand, you can't ask for a raise midyear).
Far from home.
Salary is okay, but not great. I can get a lot more outside Intel.
Lately, Intel started to fire people, so you always feel like you are the next to be kicked out.
Hard to advance on the ladder.
Stop admiring yourselves!
When a manager quotes something another manager told him in his presentation like he was Abraham Lincoln or something, it's ridiculous!
Next time you want to cut down employees, come with a defined plan. Announcing the cuts, but then to struggle with how to do it is stupid and makes your employees, who are on the stake, work much less efficiently.
The process was easy to moderate. Overall experience with HR and the hiring team was great. After the first telephonic interview, I was called onsite. The onsite interview had nine rounds.
Kind and good. I liked the attitude of the recruiters; they made me feel comfortable. The professionals were also kind. Throughout the process, they more or less explained to me what the steps were and what else awaited me.
I applied through an employee referral. There was just a phone interview for the internship. He was impressed with my skill sets and gave me an internship opportunity. He was impressed with my skill sets and offered me the internship.
