Good people, interesting work most of the time
Most of the people I work with are good people, and the work is interesting most of the time. The salary and benefits are good, and the bonuses are usually big.
The bureaucracy is sometimes frustrating.
Some of the managers are not always able to appreciate your work quality and supply the support when you need it.
